Aquarius and Love

Aquarians can be very attractive, they can also appear scary and unapproachable.

While they’re quite happy to make intelligent conversation, and they’re open-minded about the people they’re dealing with, they’re weary about getting too close to any one person.  So forming a romantic relationship with an Aquarian can be a slow process, and ideally the first step will be getting to know them as a friend.

One also needs to value and respect the Aquarian’s independence.  After all, this sign is a free spirit, and they need a tight, all-embracing romantic union like they need a hole in the head.

On the other hand, Aquarians can be happy in relationships that are somewhat unusual.  Maybe they can be on-off affairs, where both partners spend long periods away from each other; or a situation involving more than two people; or even a virtual relationship, that’s conducted entirely over the phone or the internet.

Still, the majority of Aquarians have relatively normal love lives, and if their other half doesn’t cramp their style things should work out just fine.

Finishing with sex, and in some respects it’s up to their partner what happens – the Aquarian often puts up barriers, that have to be unlocked.  And seduction can be a tightrope act – Aquarius’ partner mustn’t be fearful, but they also mustn’t be pushy.

Many Aquarians, when considering their ideal sex partner,  are looking for someone who is very different from themselves.  For example, they might regard a lover who is emotional and passionate as being an interesting challenge.
