Scorpio Monthly Horoscope for July 2010

It’s not a time for standing still.  You have to look around you, and make the most of everything that’s on offer.  In the process it might be necessary to do something that you’ve never done before.  It’s the kind of thing that might involve travelling, but I don’t mean travel in the lazy sense of the word.  It’s about going somewhere with a clear purpose, and being prepared to work hard, so as to maximise the experience.

As far as your career is concerned, you need to be focused but also very imaginative.  The world is changing fast, and you have to take into account new knowledge.  This might mean stepping outside your comfort zone, and putting yourself at a temporary disadvantage.  However you’ll learn the ropes very quickly, and it won’t be long before you’re ahead of the pack.

In this light the solar eclipse, on July 11, could be very important.  You’ll start realising what you’ve been missing, and you’ll want to catch up for lost time. Yet you’ll want to do something that has meaning, and money and status just won’t be enough.  And it’s then possible that you’ll give serious consideration to your spirituality.  You know that what you see on the surface is only the beginning, and you’re also aware of some supernatural agency, that’s trying its best to point you in the right direction.

To find real satisfaction, it’s important that you don’t isolate yourself.  While it’s true that Scorpios don’t suffer fools gladly, there are some people who really can be trusted.  So in July make it your mission to find new friends.  These friends might be different from the usual crowd, and their approach to life will be both unusual and refreshing.

Looking at your love life, and I don’t think that July will be one of your better months.  I doubt that you’ll be in the mood for heavy-duty romantic activity, and when dealing with people on a one-to-one basis you’ll be more focused on the differences than the similarities.

If you’re already in a relationship, then it’s important that you and your partner make a plan and then stick to it.  Neither of you will be in the mood for surprises, and if you’re taking large-scale actions, you must give plenty of warning.

On July 31 Mars, your ruler, makes a conjunction to Saturn.  Something you thought was going to be easy turns out to be surprisingly difficult.  Yet difficult doesn’t mean impossible.  Have a great month!
