Scorpio Monthly Horoscope for December 2010

Throughout December, Venus is moving through your star sign. So your people skills are going to be excellent and if there’s something you want then you just have to ask. In fact, you probably don’t have to ask. You’ll have a brooding charisma, and through sheer willpower you can make things happen.

However with power comes responsibility. You have to consider whether you’re taking people in the right direction, and whenever you give advice, you must carefully consider the consequences. This is particularly the case if you’re in a position of leadership – if things go wrong, you’ll have to take responsibility.

Moving to money, and on December 5 there’s a New Moon, in the finance sector of your solar chart. As a result of this New Moon, you might start having an adventurous approach to money, and you might see some tempting short cuts. However if you take risks you’re making yourself a hostage to fortune, and you could slowly but surely get yourself into trouble.

On December 7 or 8 Mars, your ruler, moves into Capricorn. This is good news, because Capricorn is a sign where Mars works extremely well. For the rest of the month, and into next year, your communication skills will be excellent. You’ll be able to express yourself very well, and you’ll come over as being someone who is strong but sensible. And if you run into any opposition, then nine times out of ten you’ll come out the winner.

You’ll be particularly effective when you’re communicating by phone. You’ll get straight to the point, and your arguments will make perfect sense. So if you’re a Scorpio looking for a job, or a business contact, don’t be shy.

Looking at your love life, and December looks like being a good month. Your magnetic personality will ensure that the right people come your way, and if there’s someone you’re interested in then it won’t take much to attract their attention. However bear in mind, if you’re a single Scorpio, that right now you’re attracting partners who are unsure of themselves, who in some respects are fairly weak. Is this really the kind of person you want?

Right at the end of December, in the run up to the New Year, Mars makes a stressful aspect to Saturn. Something makes you annoyed, and you might feel that there’s nothing you can do to change the situation. It’s a time for patience rather than anger.
