Leo Monthly Horoscope for August 2010

Looking at the month in general, it’s worth noting that throughout this month Mars and Saturn are moving through the communication zone of your solar chart. As a result, it may be very difficult to get your message across, and it’s possible that there are some serious misunderstandings. So you must be very careful what you say, and if in doubt you should probably keep quiet.

Mars and Saturn could also create problems if you’re travelling. Simple journeys, that are only a few miles, could be quite exhausting. Perhaps there’ll be traffic jams? Or your vehicle, whatever it might be, could let you down. So this month unnecessary travelling should be avoided.

Going back to the communication issue, and despite this month’s problems, there’s something important that you’ve got to say, probably relating to your career. There could be a lot of resistance, and to begin with you might feel that you’re hitting a brick wall. But if you’re patient your message will eventually hit home.

On August 9 or 10, depending on your time zone, there’s a New Moon, in your star sign. On the whole this is good news. You have a chance to dedicate your life to a new purpose, and to put the problems of the past behind you. And whatever your plans, it’s important that you really believe in yourself. That’s right, a bit of healthy arrogance can go a long way.

When it comes to money, you’re going to be sharp, for the whole month, and you’ll know how to safeguard your own interests. And by using your brain, you can work out the way forward. However don’t be afraid of reading complicated documentation, of a financial nature – you’ll know which figures matter, and you can reach some important conclusions.

Yet towards the end of the month you might have second thoughts about your financial strategy. Perhaps you’ll wonder whether the figures really add up? In which case the picture will become much clearer in mid-September.

Finishing up with your love life, and the key to romantic success is close at hand. So close that you might not be able to see it! So if you’re a single Leo, the person of your dreams might be someone you see all the time, but you just can’t recognise it.

The New Moon should help move things along, and by August 20 you can make the crucial connections, that move your romantic prospects to the next level. A couple of words, spoken at the right time, can make all the difference.
