Last weekend, on February 13 or 14, there was a New Moon, and for many of us the week starting on Monday February 15 will be a new beginning. We can forget the worries of the past, and start engaging with the challenges of 2010.
On Monday there’s a favourable aspect between Mars and Saturn. We can be very disciplined, and once we get going on a particular job we’ll be able to see it through to a successful completion. Even if it’s mundane and boring.
On Tuesday and Wednesday there’s a conjunction between Venus and Jupiter in the sign Pisces. This conjunction is absolutely brilliant. Not only are these two planets fortunate, but they’re also strongly placed in Pisces.
We’ll be luckier than average and if we try our hand at something new it could turn out to be a great success.
The Venus-Jupiter conjunction also has romantic connotations. Love matters should prosper in a big way and if we take romantic initiatives they could work out very well.
If your work involves fashion and beauty, then the picture looks really good. You can create something that’s absolutely wonderful, that can also make you lots of money.
Yet money might be our Achilles heal, regardless of our star sign. The Venus-Jupiter conjunction will encourage us to splash out on extravagant frivolities. For example food, jewellery and expensive clothes. So a bit of self-discipline might be required.
In general the conjunction is fortunate for everyone, but it’ll be particularly fortunate for Taureans, Librans, Sagittarians and Pisceans.
On Thursday February 18, at 6.36 pm GMT, the Sun goes into Pisces. That’s 1.36 pm in New York, 10.36 am in Los Angeles.
People will become more emotional, and they’ll take every opportunity to express their feelings.
For ourselves, we mustn’t be so fixed in our opinions that we can’t make sudden changes to our daily routine. If an opportunity crops up we must be ready and willing to take a detour.
