You also provided the birth dates for your son and daughter-in-law. However you didn’t provided birth times, so I can’t tell you much on the basis of their horoscopes.
They are both Geminis, and since 2007 a lot of Geminis have been having a hard time, and this might have affected their inclination and ability to have a second child. Fortunately the situation for Geminis is now fast-improving.
However I did set up a chart for the moment I understood your question. This chart was pretty good, and I am confident that your son and daughter-in-law will have another child.
Timing is difficult, though I do think that there will be another child within three years, and it might be considerably sooner.
Having said all that, you should remember that child-bearing is one of the most sensitive issues that an astrologer has to deal with.
Psychological factors can have a big influence on fertility, and trying to have children when there’s outside pressure, for example from concerned mothers (!), can sometimes be difficult.
Under these circumstances there’s a case for saying that astrology shouldn’t be used. If the astrologer comes up with a negative answer then that might become a self-fulfilling prophecy, if a positive answer then expectations are created, and ironically these expectations might reduce the chances of a woman getting pregnant.
Still, I did look at your question astrologically, and I believe that there will be another child, and perhaps more.
That doesn’t mean that there aren’t any medical issues, and of course if your son and daughter-in-law have been trying for a child for a long time, without success, they should both be medically checked.
