All things being equal, Aquarius IS cool and detached. The sign is ruled by Saturn, a planet that tends to be emotionally disciplined. One could never describe Aquarius, in isolation, as being ‘passionate’ or ‘tactile’.
Looking at your horoscope, it seems that you have the Moon in Cancer – unless you were born after 11.34 pm, Central European Time. As I keep saying, in the female horoscope the Moon can be just as important as the Sun, and people with the Moon in Cancer can be very sensitive, as well as being emotionally aware, and they can get very close to other people and their problems.
Also, at the time of your birth Venus, the planet of love, was making a powerful, 120-degree aspects to Mars – it was also making a conjunct to Jupiter. This creates passion as well as generosity, and I’m sure you have no problems letting go of your feelings.
